These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Studio Lissome GmbH to business clients (B2B) and consumers (B2C), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Studio Lissome - A brand of True Influencer Agentur UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG provides concept development, planning, coordination, and execution of high-end and bespoke events as well as related consulting services.
All services are highly individualized and tailored to the specific needs of each client. The exact scope of services is defined exclusively in the individual offer and contract.
A contract is concluded when the client accepts a written offer issued by Studio Lissome - A brand of True Influencer Agentur UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG in text or written form.
Verbal agreements are only binding if confirmed in writing.
The individual contract, offer, or project agreement shall always take precedence over these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the total project fee is due as an advance payment upon contract conclusion. This advance payment is required to pre-finance the event.
If the advance payment is insufficient to cover necessary prepayments (e.g. locations, suppliers, logistics, artists, or technical services), additional interim payments may become due.
A customized payment plan may be agreed upon individually. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as defined in the individual contract.
The client is obligated to provide all information, approvals, decisions, and materials required for the execution of the project in a timely and complete manner.
Delays, additional costs, or limitations caused by late or incomplete cooperation shall not be the responsibility of Studio Lissome - A brand of True Influencer Agentur UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG.
Changes requested by the client after contract conclusion may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Additional services not included in the original offer will be invoiced separately.
Due to the individualized nature of the services, cancellations or terminations must be agreed upon individually and in writing.
Costs already incurred, committed third-party services, and completed work shall be reimbursed by the client.
Studio Lissome - A brand of True Influencer Agentur UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or where mandatory statutory liability applies.
Studio Lissome - A brand of True Influencer Agentur UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG is not liable for the performance of third-party service providers, suppliers, venues, artists, or partners, unless damage was directly caused by Studio Lissome - A brand of True Influencer Agentur UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG.
Events beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental measures, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions) shall release both parties from their contractual obligations for the duration of the disruption.
All concepts, designs, visuals, schedules, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Studio Lissome GmbH unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Both parties agree to treat all confidential and business-sensitive information obtained during the collaboration as strictly confidential.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
For business clients, the place of jurisdiction is Ansbach, Germany. For consumers, statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
